Text your stylist
Would you help your Personal traveling hair stylist out by texting, them after you have secured your Hair appointment, by making your deposit successfully?
Due to the high call Volume, Please be ready to confirm your hair appointment. when you call. The hair appointment Security deposit is due within the next (1-2 hours of your call!). Otherwise, Your mobile stylist will assume that you are no longer interested, in the requested appointment.
In any event, Your desire is to cancel your secured hair appointment. Vision1hair Personal mobile hair stylist asks that you do so within the standard timing of (48hrs ) Prior to the scheduled Hair appointment.
Please call/text to reschedule your appt (48hr Prior to your scheduled hair appointment.) The standard timing gives your personal stylist a better opportunity to feel in the newly opened slot.
In the event that the client fails to give standard Notice, he or she forfeits the deposit.
Using Standard Timing
When rescheduling your Hair appointment within standard timing for this business. As a courtesy, We offer Our clients. (7-14 days from the date of cancellation) to reschedule their appointment using their original deposit.
Please be aware that when a client elects to have a braided or weaved hairstyle done with Vision1hair the stylist is unaware of the clients medical history as it pertains to the client's hair and scalp.
The internal and or external state (pre-existing) of your hair /and or regimen PRIOR to your protective styling services are unknown to the stylist.
The stylist does not know the client's allergies, adverse reactions, previous chemical treatments and/or previous hairstyles.
The stylist is not medically credentialed to diagnose or treat hair problems, the client shall assume all risks of possible hair damage and/or hair loss that can result from a protective style that is chosen by the client.
The stylist will not be responsible for any damage or hair loss.
When the client pays the deposit they are agreeing to the policies, disclaimers procedures.
Prior to service, your stylist will examine your hair and if there is overwhelming evidence that the particular style was chosen may aid in worsening a previous or current hair problem the stylist will at that time inform the client of their opinion not to perform such services.
Again, if the client chooses to proceed with the style in lieu of what the stylist recommends the client will assume all risks involved.
Please discuss all hair concerns and known past or current scalp concerns with your stylist before services are performed. Please alert stylist at time of services if the style feels too tight or uncomfortable while services are being performed.
